Vistaa Holidays operates as a travel agency providing comprehensive travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to flight reservations, hotel accommodations, tour packages, travel insurance, visa assistance, and customized itinerary planning. We act as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party vendors.
All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. While we make every effort to ensure accurate information and quality service, we do not own or operate the transportation, accommodation, or other services provided by third parties. We serve as your trusted advisor and booking agent to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is typically required, with the amount varying based on the specific travel package and services selected. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and is generally between 25% and 50% of the total trip cost. Full payment is required no less than 60 days prior to departure for international travel and 30 days for domestic travel, unless otherwise specified.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved payment methods. All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change until full payment is received. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods. Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit. All quoted prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your cancellation request. For cancellations made more than 60 days before departure, you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to departure incur a 50% penalty of the total trip cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure result in 100% penalty with no refund. These timeframes may vary for specific bookings, particularly during peak seasons or for special promotional packages.
In cases of force majeure including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with service providers to offer alternatives or credits when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 business days and issued to the original payment method.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure you possess all required travel documents including a valid passport, visas, health certificates, and any other documentation required for your destination and transit countries. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date for most international destinations. We can provide guidance and visa assistance services, but ultimate responsibility for obtaining proper documentation rests with you.
Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination and are subject to change without notice. We recommend checking with the appropriate embassy or consulate well in advance of your departure. Vistaa Holidays is not liable for any costs, losses, or consequences resulting from inadequate travel documentation, including denied boarding or entry. Failure to possess required documents may result in cancellation without refund.
Vistaa Holidays acts solely as an agent for travel service providers and accepts no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur through the acts or omissions of any third-party provider. We are not responsible for changes in itinerary, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other vendors beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services and does not extend to indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Travelers assume all risks associated with travel including health risks, political instability, natural disasters, and personal safety. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or industry standards. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through email or prominent website notification.
Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed of your rights and obligations. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of our services.
